Company Development History
In May 2000,Sichuan Zigong Sanli Medical Chemistry Co., Ltd. invested to establish Neijiang Sanli New Man-made Fiber Co., Ltd. for development and production of phosphorus Flame retardant polyester fiber and fabric and the company was awarded“Hi-tech Enterprise of Sichuan Province”.
In August 2000, Zigong Sanli Medical Chemistry Co., Ltd. signed the “agreement of
research and market development of Flame-retardant polyester fiber” with Beijing Institute
of Technology and Sinopec Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Company Limited.
In Oct 2001, the phosphorus F/R polyester fabric of our company is the first to pass spot
“type-examination” conducted by National Flame-retardant Construction Materials Quality
Supervision and Inspection Center that its F/R performance after 30 times of washing has
reached LOI=36.6% (exceeding GB8624B1 LOI≥32.0%), and became the first company that
has passed the standard of LOI≥32.0%.
In Oct 2001, we become the first company to get the “Inflammation Performance Level
B1 Certificate” and on July 2002, National Flame-retardant Construction Materials
Quality Supervision and Inspection Center further certified that “we are the only company
that has got Inflammation Performance Level B1 Certificate”.
In July 2002, our Flame-retardant project passed the certification of being the leading
technology in China by Sichuan Provincial Bureau of Science and Technology. The project
has been finished by Sichuan Sanli Medical Chemistry Co., Ltd. and Neijiang Sanli New
Man-made Fiber Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Beijing Institute of Technology and Sinopec
Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Company Limited.
In Jan. 2004, with our F/R technology we cooperatively set up “Shandong Huamao F/R
New Material Science & Technology Co., Ltd.” with a company from Shandong Province,
and Li Yuanming the owner of the technology was appointed as General Manager to start
industrial production of F/R materials.
In Feb. 2006, through the help of Shaoxing City Bureau of Science and Technology our F/R
project and technology were moved to Shaoxing of Zhejiang Province, and thus “Shaoxing
Sanlida Textile Flame-Retardant New Materials Co., Ltd.” was established with Li
Yuanming as General Manager.
In July 2006, with the invitation of Fire research institute of Public Security Ministry, we
provided permanent flame retardant fabrics to participate in making a popular science film
“application of flame retardant technology in public”,and the CD of this popular science film
issued in June,2007.
In June 2007, the training textbook “public fire safety and flame retardant technology” composed
by Public Security Ministry issued,and the appendixes to this book put emphasis on introduction of
our flame retardant products.
On June 28, 2007,on the first publish ceremony “public flame retardant products signs”,we
are one of the first group to get the “usage of flame retardant products signs” certificate,and
a member of flame retardant signs center of Fire Department of Public Security Ministry.

In Nov 2009, our company cooperates with the Ministry of Public Security of Sichuan Fire Research Institute, have got the "commonly used in flame retardant materials research in public places - high-grade flame retardant fabric and industrial development" key scientific and technological project.
On Jan 30, 2010, Our company becomes a only flame retardant bussiness unit director of "green flame retardant material industry technology innovation strategic alliance", Our general manager Mr.Li is a expert member of the union committee.
On March 16, 2010, our company approved by China Fire Protection Association to be a member of the association unit.
